Description
The Executive Director is expected to provide project management in implementing the structure, process and financials to lead the organization to performance excellence and is responsible for managing all elements of the Guild including fundraising, membership, financial, events, media and marketing. This position will require passion for the industry, working in a fast-paced environment, coordinating many different concurrent projects, and operating in a self-sufficient and public-facing role.
Requirements
- 5+ years working in the nonprofit sector preferred
- Project management experience required
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Marketing and web design experience
- Experience managing event logistics
- Proficient in MS Office, Google, iContact, membership management programs, WordPress website management, QuickBooks, and Adobe applications
- Experience operating Zoom, or other webinar platforms
