Wow, talk about three of my favorite things coming together all at once! Tonight and tomorrow, Latona Pub (thing one) serves up three different fresh hop beers (thing two), all of them cask-conditioned (thing three). Here is info about tonight’s event, and a couple other events, straight from Latona Pu.
“It is hop harvest time over in Yakima. That means our brewer friends are brewing Wet Hop Ales for us! These fresh hop brews can only be produced during hop harvest time when the brewers and hop farmers team up to pick fresh hops and brew with them in less than 24 hours. Add the natural carbonation of cask conditioning and the result is the freshest tasting ale possible.”
“Latona is fortunate to have 3 Cask Conditioned Wet Hop Ales to pour for you after 5 pm Today and Friday. These casks are from Anacortes Brewery, Naked City, and Big Time. Get here early to try them all. Once these casks are empty, we won’t get more till next harvest.”

10/13 Monday. Latona Pub and Fort George collaboration brew release: “Bravo, Columbus. Bravo” IPA (featuring Bravo and Columbus Hops).
10/16 Thursday. Pike 25th Anniversary Night. Latona’s whole tap list will include beers from Pike and brewers who have worked at Pike in the past.
