Today we received some news from Reuben’s Brews, which we share below. Among other tidbits of information, this Friday, June 14th Reuben’s Brews will tap into a new collaboration beer that they made with Aslan Brewing of Bellingham. Also, Reuben’s Brews is about to hit the shelves in the Tri-Cities. And lastly, Reuben’s brewed a very special beer to commemorate the Latona Pub’s 30th Anniversary.
Last month, Adam traveled to Bellingham to brew a collaboration beer with Aslan Brewing. Together, they created a hazy, fruity IPA using a using a yeast strain that’s a blend of a northeast strain and a wild strain (brett trois). It’s also organic and is dry hopped with New Zealand Cascade, organic Hallertauer Blanc and Citra hops. To reflect the craziness of brewery life, Adam and Aslan Brewings’ owner and head brewer Frank Trosset named the tasty creation “Tales of Ordinary Madness.”
Come taste this collaboration for yourself on Friday, July 14 in the taproom! We’ll have it available on tap and in crowlers.
