Mark the calendar, make your plans: Saturday, March 7th

Event organizers refer to Rails & Ales as the largest annual rail jam in the U.S., and I have no reason to doubt them. The event takes place on the streets of Wenatchee, Washington, with truckloads of snow delivered from nearby Mission Ridge Ski Resort. Along with entertainment from skiers and snowboarders doing their thing, the event features live music and beer from the three breweries in the neighborhood: visit the beer gardens at Pinnacle Beerworks, Hellbent Brewing, and Timberline Brewing. Note that Timberline Brewing is the same people and offers the same beer as Blewett Brewing up the road in Leavenworth.

Here is the press release for the event with all the details.
