It’s the grand finale of another season of Bob. Join Georgetown Brewing at West Seattle Bowl on Friday, September 9th for the annual Bob’s Bowl-a-Rama. Proceeds from this bowling party benefit Ronald McDonald House, as does everything related to Bob’s Brown Ale.
Georgetown Brewing doesn’t like to brag about the number, but as far as I can tell, Bob’s Brown Ale has raised about $500,000 for Ronald McDonald House. If you want to know more about the whole story behind Bob’s Brown Ale, check out the story I wrote about this darn tasty brown ale a couple years ago.
To participate, you buy a lane and bring a group of bowlers with you. In addition to beer and bowling, Georgetown will raffle off a bunch of prizes. Proceeds from lane sales, raffle tickets, and Bob’s Brown Ale will all go towards supporting the House.
