On the last Wednesday of each month, Watershed Pub and Kitchen hosts a beer and food pairing event: the Convergence Series. Next Wednesday, November 25th, they’ll host the Convergence Series #15, featuring the beers of Airways Brewing. They’ll serve up six of the brewery’s beers, ranging from Pilsner to Porter (Smoked Porter with Coffee), not to mention two IPAs.
Suggested food pairings include:
- Seaplane Buoys—Roma tomatoes stuffed with chicken, bacon, blue and Beecher’s cheeses,
- Crop Hopper Beef and Mushroom—Braised beef and mushrooms served over roasted sweet potatoes and fresh arugula, garnished with peppered rosemary crema.
- Special salads, pizzas and pie folds designed to complement specific Airways beers.
The event gets started at 6:00 on Wednesday, November 25.
