Chainline Brewing celebrates its first anniversary on Saturday, April 23rd at the brewery’s taproom in Kirkland. To commemorated the occasion, the company will release its first bottled beer: Pedal Genesis, Bourbon barrel-aged Porter.
Pedal Genesis was aged on oak for six months. It will be on tap at the event, in optional commemorative glassware, and in a limited number of 750-mililiter, wax-dipped bottles. Bottles will be available at the brewery and at select beer retailers around the Seattle area.
At the anniversary event, they will also tap three seasonal beers, including a Vermont-inspired IPA. They’ll also offer brewery tours and will hold raffles for prizes throughout the day. Also, prizes for the best-dressed dog. A food truck, Havela Falafel, will be there from 4:00 – 8:00. Doors open at 10:00 AM. Special beer tappings at noon, 2:00, 4:00, and 6:00.
