Touched with a slight bitterness from the boil, the focus was shifted to the hops to deliver the most flavor as possible. Version 2 contains two new hops. We kept Citra in play, but added Ekuanot and Sultana. Notes of tropical fruit, pineapple, papaya, lime and pine round out this delicious beer.

We’re not a fan of dry January so as fitting to welcome a new month and beer we scheduled our V2 Hysteria Release Party for Saturday, February 1st., 5:00-9:00 P.M. Join and you’ll be the first to get your hands on the six-pack cans available and enjoy a pint or two of it too!
