Skål Beer Hall invites you to the next installment in its Valhalla Dinner Series. These events feature multi-course, paired beer dinners that include beer from a select local brewery. The Valhalla Dinner with Sig Brewing takes place on Sunday, May 16th, from 6:00 – 9:00. More info and tickets (required) here.

Sound the horns… the Valhalla Dinner Series rolls on! For this dinner, we welcome our friends from Sig Brewing in Tacoma. They join us on Sunday 5/16 for a six course dinner and beer pairing worthy of the gods!
We’ll be featuring a wide range of beer styles from Sig, many of which cannot be found outside of the brewery. Five courses will include a 5-8oz beer pour. The menu for the evening includes:

From the Garden: Field greens and herbs paired with There’s Always Money in the Smoothie Stand Tart Ale
From the Sea: Blackened Tuna and fried okra paired with How High Can You Fly Hazy IPA
Intermezzo: My Carmapple Romance Granita
From the Pasture: Flame-grilled sirloin with bacon asparagus paired with Party on Gyle Dark Mild Ale
From the Baker: Pineapple Upside Down cake paired with Psychedelic Ballet DIPA
You’ll have the opportunity to hear from and engage with the brewers as well as our Executive (bearded) Chef, Jon, in an intimate setting. You will be at a table with only your party. If you would like to request seating outside, please email us at events@skalballard.com. Otherwise, we will seat you where we have availability.
Masks will be required unless sitting at a table eating/drinking. Party size limited to 8 people.
If you are purchasing a single ticket and are part of a larger group, please let us know so we can pair you with them. Our ticket availability is based on tables available, so this really helps us out.
Ticket includes all beer, food, and WA state sales tax. Gratuity not included. If you loved the meal, please tip our staff at the end of the night!
