Cheers to ten years!

Seattle’s Lucky Envelope Brewing is celebrating its 10th Anniversary this weekend, and you’re invited. The brewery will release four anniversary beers, described below. Also, they’ll hand out lucky red envelopes while supplies last; who knows what kind of fortune awaits you? The Original Philly’s Food Truck will be on-site from 3:00-7:00 pm. The party happens all day on Saturday, May 3rd. Lucky Envelope Brewing has other fun events planned for May as well. We share some info about that below, too.

Beer Releases

  • 10th Anniversary West Coast IPA(7.1% ABV) – Our Anniversary West Coast IPA is brewed with Krush, Citra, and Simcoe hops. Bursting with citrus, pine, and tropical fruit aromas, it delivers a crisp bitterness and a clean, dry finish – everything you love about the style, dialed up for the occasion. Cheers to a decade of great beer! Available on draft and in cans.
  • Anniversary X: 10° Pilsner(4.3% ABV) – 10th anniversary, 10° Pilsner. Simple as that. This crisp and refreshing west coast pilsner is a nod to both tradition and innovation. Saphir, Krush, and Mosaic hops bring together classic floral spice with bright citrus and tropical notes. Available on draft and in cans.
  • Golden Spike: Calamansi Lime, Yuzu and Lemongrass Sour(5.4% ABV) – Named for the final spike driven to join the rails of the first transcontinental railroad which was built by over 10,000 Chinese laborers. This sour provides a perfect balance of tart citrus and aromatic spice. Calamansi lime and yuzu add a bright, citrus kick while lemongrass lends a subtle herbal complexity. Available on draft and in cans.
  • Lost Crop: Fonio Grisette(4.2% ABV) – Our light and effervescent grisette highlights fonio, a nutty and floral ancient West African grain cultivated for thousands of years. Despite its nutritional value and climate-friendly agronomics, fonio has long been overlooked in global markets and is often considered a “lost crop.” Recent pushes hope to change that outlook for this tiny but powerful grain. Available on draft and in cans.
