Pravda Beer Theater, a brewery in Ukraine, is spearheading an international effort to support those impacted directly by the war in Ukraine. Breweries around the world are brewing beers inspired by Pravda’s recipes to raise funds for the cause. Dru Bru just announced that it has joined the effort, brewing one of Pravda’s beers, releasing it here in Washington, with proceeds donated to the cause.
Syla is described as a Belgian Tripel available on draft and in cans at Dru Bru’s locations in Cle Elum and Snoqualmie Pass. Once released, it will be available at both locations. The official release date is Friday, May 5th, marked by an event at Dru Bru’s location in Cle Elum.
Here’s more info straight from the brewery.
Details: We’ve partnered with Pravda Brewery to produce one of their award-winning beers, Syla, a Belgian Tripel. This limited-edition beer will be available on draft and in cans to-go. All proceeds and donations collected will go directly to Pravda Brewery who are actively working to support and defend the Ukrainian people and their community. We are expecting to have local Ukraines onsite Friday, 5/6 to witness the canning of the beer and to be part of the “behind the scenes” production packaging process.
Released Event: Friday, 5/6. The main event will take place at our Cle Elum location, but the beer will be available at both locations (Sno Pass and Cle Elum).
