At the end of last year, we shared news that Bellingham’s Stemma Brewing was taking over the former home of Twin Sisters Brewing. The new-to-them brewery/taproom/beer garden would serve as Stemma’s second location in Bellingham. They’ve been softly open, but now Stemma Brewing announces the grand opening of Stemma West on Friday, June 6th. (Images from Instagram.)
Before closing and eventually being taken over by Stemma Brewing, Twin Sisters Brewing was known for its expansive beer campus–a brewery, taproom, restaurant, and beer garden experience. Now with Stemma Brewing taking over to manage the beery parts of the equation, a food vendor is moving in, too. The Riviera Club is already known to many folks around Bellingham for its location near the city’s waterfront.
On social media, Stemma Brewing said, “We are thrilled to announce the Grand Opening of our brand-new location, Stemma West, happening Friday, June 6, 2025! The celebration will feature live music, raffles, prizes, giveaways, and the official launch of The Riviera Club at Stemma West!”
“Known for their delicious grass-fed burgers, crispy Ticker Tots, and flavorful bowls, The Riviera Club will be firing up the flat top for their own grand opening on June 6th, making it a double celebration under one roof! The Riviera Club will be operating a counter-service kitchen within Stemma West, bringing quick and delicious bites to the Sunnyland Neighborhood.”
