Silver City Brewery returns the love, offering screamin’ deals to its fans

While many of us beer drinkers are doing our best to support our beloved local breweries during these trying times, Silver City Brewery has stepped up to return the love and support beer drinkers. Economically, many businesses are suffering mightily right now, but so are many people. Cheers to Silver City Brewery for offering a series of screamin’ deals on its beer, available at the taproom in Bremerton.

If you’ve frequented Silver City Brewery’s taproom, you probably already know about the crazy-good deals that the brewery regularly offers on full cases of beer. If not, maybe you should go to their website and sign up for their email list or follow them on Instagram.

Since first learning about these deals, I always figured it was the kind of thing that 1) sells out fast and 2) the people who can take advantage of the deal already know about the deal, so what’s the point of spreading the news? Still, it deserves a mention, though I hope I’m not over-publicizing the secret handshake.

Depending on how the beer is packaged, a case might refer to 24 x 16-ounce cans or 12x 22-oz bottles, and so on. For example, this week’s deal is a case of The Magnificent Scotch Ale for $24.99 (12 x 22 oz) or a case of Ripe ‘N Juicy Double IPA for $24.99 (12 x 22-oz).

Last month, they ran a special case sale offering some of their best-loved beers for just $19.99 per case (24 x 12-oz cans). Ridgetop Red, Tropic Haze IPA, Sun Glitter Peach IPA, and Cosmic Waves IPA were all available at that price. There were a number of other deals last month, too.

Depending on where you live, is it worth driving to Bremerton to realize these kinds of savings? You be the judge. Whatever, it’s worth knowing about just in case you happen to find yourself in the neighborhood.

I’d love to hear about what other breweries are doing to meet their customers half-way during these trying times. I’m sure the stories are out there.
