Prost Set to Open in West Seattle Tonight

West Seattle is about to get a new beer bar. Prost West Seattle is set to open today — Tuesday, December 2nd. Here at the WBB, we tend to focus on Washington beers, but the truth is we embrace all good beer. German beer is no exception and that’s the focus at Prost.

This is the fourth neighborhood beer bar opened by proprietor Chris Navarra. The other locations are Prost Phinney Ridge, Feierbend in South Lake Union, and Die BierStube in Roosevelt.

Prost! West Seattle will have 10 imported German beers on tap, all served in their appropriate glassware. They will also be serving authentic German style pub food, including Bratwurst mit Sauerkraut, Kassler Ripchen, CurryWurst, and a few other items.
