It’s been an eventful first two years for Pretty Fair Beer, the downtown Ellensburg beer destination. They’ve not only weathered the storm but managed to expand operations. Now they are ready to celebrate and that’s exactly what they’ll do this weekend, April 29th and 30th.

The last year at PFB has been a whirlwind, from adding a full kitchen to trivia nights to greatly expanding our wine menu – it’s been a lot! We’ve loved bringing over 230 different draft beers and ciders (and another 220 cans and bottles!) to our customers over the last 12 months, growing our food menu, going all ages, starting our Beer of the Month Club, and adding TVs to catch the M’s and Coug’s.
We’ve partnered with our friends from Dakota Café, Kittitas Cafe, Lemon Thyme Macarons, Ellensburg Desserts, and Charlene’s Confections to bring you exciting special events and food pairings and can’t wait to bust out the new Pretty Fair Loft for live music, trivia, and special events! All this in reaching our goal to make Pretty Fair Beer the best place to drink beer in Central Washington.

To celebrate PFB is hosting our 2nd Anniversary Party April 29th and 30th and we’re bringing all our favorites to the party: Friday family style dinner and Saturday live music from Spiced Rye in the new Pretty Fair Loft! Of course the taps will be flowing with pretty fair beer from our friends around the state, the wine fridge will be fully stocked, and we might have a few food specials up our sleeve. This is a party you won’t want to miss!
