Pike Brewing Company just announced the opening of its newest taproom. You’ll find Pike Taproom Summit located next to the Convention Center on Pine Street in downtown Seattle. It’s across the street and a bit up the hill from the Paramount Theater.
In addition to the beer, the focus is on hot dogs. As in, good sausage. Seattle dogs, Bavarian bratwurst, and more. Here is the announcement from Pike Brewing, which includes some menu items to make your mouth water.
