Celebrate the best beers in the state at this Washington beer gala! Monday, November 4th
The Washington Craft Beer Summit is a full-day conference with a general session, a keynote by Dr. J. Jackson-Beckham, a choice of 16 educational sessions from industry leaders, a catered lunch, and an expansive trade floor. The Summit itself may not interest non-industry folks (or maybe it does) but everyone can appreciate the Washington Beer Awards Ceremony and Dinner Party. The events take place on Monday, November 4th in SeaTac.
The awards ceremony is a ticketed affair, as is the larger Washington Craft Beer Summit. You can learn more about both events here. It’s all presented by the Washington Brewers Guild. Tickets for the awards ceremony and dinner are $75 (non-member).
For the first time, the Washington Brewers Guild welcomes the public to attend the Craft Beer Summit and the Washington Beer Awards Ceremony, where medals are awarded to the best beers and breweries in Washington. The judging is a serious affair, with a panel of expert judges adhering to recognized beer-judging protocols to award medals in dozens of different style categories. Last year the expert judging panel evaluated 1,276 beers from 175 Washington breweries. We’re talking about Washington-brewed beers commercially available in the state of Washington.
The Washington Craft Beer Summit runs all day and the Awards Ceremony and Dinner follows in the evening. Tickets are available for either or both. It all takes place at the DoubleTree in Seatac on Monday, November 4th.
The Washington Beer Awards Ceremony and Dinner is a sit-down affair, that includes drinks, dinner, and fun. Tickets are available here. If you buy tickets to the Craft Beer Summit, tickets to the Beer Awards Ceremony and Dinner are available at a discounted rate: tickets are available to either or both.
