Opportunity awaits in Eatonville

Attention brewery owners and wannabes. This might be most interesting to a brewery looking to open a satellite taproom and/or brewpub.

I was recently contacted by a property owner who is looking to partner with a craft brewery. The location is in Eatonville, Washington, which is due south of Puyallup on the way to Mount Rainier National Park. More about this opportunity can be found in the information below, which was provided by the property owner.

Owners of this facility want to partner with a micro brewery to create the most attractive and popular business in south Pierce County.  Located in Eatonville, Washington, Gateway to Mount Rainier, the potential of a quality micro brewery in this area is excellent.  Currently over 750,000 tourists travel through Eatonville every year on their way to Mount Rainier.  These travelers spend over 23 million dollars while visiting this area.

The demographics tell us that approximately 25,000 people live within a ten (10) mile radius of Eatonville.  If you expand this area to fifteen (15) miles the population increases to 71,500.

The facility is owned outright and the owners are willing to negotiate terms with a qualified partner or buyer.  The facility currently seats 70 people with an outside patio that holds an additional 24.  There is a full bar and a small stage for live entertainment.  There is also additional space available for brewing and dispensing equipment.  If interested, please contact Rich Williams at 253-370-3675 or email me at williamsrich33@gmail.com.
