New brewery opening in Leavenworth – Blewett Brewing Company

We just learned that a new brewery is opening next week in Leavenworth. Just in time for the big Oktoberfest celebration. Below, the info straight from Blewett Brewing Company.

“We are a startup nano Brewery in downtown Leavenworth, around the corner from Icicle Brewing. Blewett opens its doors next Tuesday, September 27, so if you need a reason to visit Leavenworth please put us on your list!”

“We’ll be opening with an American Pale Ale, Citra Hop IPA, Nut Brown, and Limited Summer Session. During the following week we will be introducing a Peach Belgian Wheat and Golden Ale. In about six weeks we will introduce our first seasonal, a Cinnamon Vanilla Bean Imperial Stout.”

Leavenworth, WA – Blewett Brewing Company will open its doors for business on Tuesday, September 27. Located at 911 Commercial Street in the heart of downtown Leavenworth, Blewett Brewing will open with three flagship beers: Citra Hop IPA, American Pale Ale, and Nut Brown Ale.

Also on tap will be a Limited Summer Session. Two additional brews will be introduced to the flagship lineup this autumn: Peach Belgian Wheat and Golden Ale. Blewett Brewing will have two dedicated taps for hard ciders brewed by local cideries.

Blewett Brewing will also host a full menu of food items compliments of the co-owned adjacent pizza restaurant, Idlewild Pizza.

Blewett Brewing Company was founded by brothers Kyle Peterson and Eric Peterson, both of Leavenworth; and Grant Stoebner also of Leavenworth. Mr. Stoebner is the Head Brewer and brings nearly 20 years of brewing experience. Eric Peterson is the owner of Idlewild Pizza adjacent to Blewett Brewing. Grant Stoebner is the owner of Fresh Burger Café, also on the same block as Blewett Brewing. Kyle Peterson is a Financial Advisor for D.A. Davidson & Co.
