Lucky Envelope Beer releases 6 beers this week, event Saturday

Lucky Envelope sour beer event.

In addition to three “regular” beer releases this week, Lucky Envelope Brewing will release three sour beers on Saturday, April 13th, with a special event at the brewery’s taproom in Seattle. The beers include an Italian Pilsner, a hazy IPA, and a stout. The sours include a lemon, a cucumber, and a tangerine. NEW RELEASES THIS WEEK:

Italian Pilsner (5.0% ABV) – The lagerheads at Lucky Envelope Brewing are excited to bring you our dry-hopped Italian-style Pilsner. We brew with great deference to the originator of this style, Agostino Arioli, using all-European malts and hops for notes of crackers, honey, flowery geranium, and lemon peel. Available on draft and in cans.

El Dorado Hazy IPA (6.4% ABV) – We’ve elevated our El Dorado Hazy IPA by adding HBC-586 hops and Citra Incognito to the already delicious combination of El Dorado and Mosaic. These fruit-forward hops come together effortlessly, offering flavors of blueberry, cherry, and apricot complemented by a touch of pine and grapefruit pith. Available on draft and in cans.

Ube Latte Cream Stout (6.0% ABV) – Is there anything more comforting than the warm feeling you get from the perfect cup of coffee? We used our favorite Good Boy blend beans from Watson’s Counter and combined them with real ube in our base cream stout. The result is a brew full of Ube richness and lined with robust notes of roasty coffee – here’s to that first cup feeling all day long. Available on draft and in cans.

Beer Releases

  • Mango Tangerine Sour Ale (5.7% ABV): Real mango and tangerine purees were infused into our base blonde kettle sour to bring you sunshine in a glass. This refreshing combination of sweet and sour comes just in time to accompany bright spring days lounging on a patio. Available on draft and in cans.
  • Cuke Nukem Cucumber Sour (5.5 % ABV): Our WA Beer Awards silver medal-winning pro-am collaboration with Blake Doepker is back! This kettle sour, brewed with real cucumber, is clean and tart with undertones of sweet, grassy cantaloupe. Limited Draft Only Release.
  • Lemon Piquette Coolship Sour (6.0% ABV): We were inspired by the piquette of the wine world to create our own piquette-style coolship sour with Sicilian lemon that was tasting delicious after its first use. Our coolship sour blonde base aged in second-use gin and neutral oak barrels for 12-18 months and blended into stainless on Sicilian Lemon puree for an additional 9 months. The resulting sour beer is tart and is like sitting in a summery field with notes of lemon peel, wildflowers, dandelion, and light hints of juniper and cedar. Limited Draft Only Release.
