Across Washington, from Bellingham to Spokane, breweries and taprooms are rolling out the barrel. Get out there and have a barrel of fun. Here’s what we’ve learned about breweries and taprooms hosting special Oktoberfest events. If we missed something, let us know.

Airways Brewing (Kent)

September 19 through 21. Both Airways Brewing locations, the Taproom at the brewery and the bistro and beer garden in downtown Kent. If you’re looking for a very authentic festbier, you need to try this one. They’ll serve up some appropriate Oktoberfest eats at both locations too.

“We’re doing Oktoberfest Franconian (Northern Bavarian) style this year. We kick things off Thursday, the 19th at The Tap Room & Brewery with gravity barrel pours of Festbier, grilled sausages, a stein-holding contest, and live music from The Bonnie Birch Bavarian Trio.”

“The festivities continue Friday and Saturday at The Bistro & Beer Garden in Downtown Kent with our famous German food specials. We’ll tap the barrel around 5pm Friday. Watch our socials for details.”
