The brewery celebrates its anniversary on Saturday, April 2nd.
Bellingham’s Kulshan Brewing Company celebrates its tenth anniversary on Saturday, April 2nd with live music, new beer releases, and food trucks. The event takes place at the original location, where it all started for Kulshan in April of 2012. (On James St.) See the event page on Facebook.
“When we opened the doors to the brewery 10 years ago, we had no idea what was going to happen”, says Kulshan’s founder Dave Vitt, “but thanks to an amazing community of employees, friends, family, and beer drinkers we’ve been able to live out our mission to sustainably produce exceptional beer, bring people together, maintain a fun and fulfilling workplace and last but not least, give back to our Bellingham community.”
Kulshan kicked off the anniversary commemoration by releasing a three-part series of anniversary beers, two of which will be available on tap and in cans at the anniversary celebration. The series included: James St IPA, a West Coast IPA; Full Send, a Robust Porter; and Live Laugh Lager, an American Pilsner.
Steve Webb and the Great Mad Swirl, a regular act at the Sunnyland location, will provide music for the anniversary event. There will be food available from noon until 8:00. Enjoy throwback pricing on beers: $4 pints all day long.
