Fair Isle Brewing announces Tessellate, a series of beer dinners

The idea of a beer dinner seems so, I don’t know, it seems so pre-pandemic. Think of this as another sign that maybe, just maybe, things are creeping back towards something closer to normal. Fair Isle Brewing recently announced an upcoming series of beer dinners featuring its oak-aged beers paired with food from four local chefs. If you don’t already, this might be a good time to start following Fair Isle Brewing on Instagram and other social channels.

According to the announcement on Instagram, “This idea of a modern day supper club, coupled with exclusive beer offerings from our cellar represents a pivotal experience we were aiming to share with guests in our space.”

Fair Isle Brewing creates the kinds of beers and the kinds of flavor profiles with which chefs love to work. The Saison-focused brewery says it has always intended to put together these types of tasting experiences featuring “talented guest chefs with a diverse range of culinary backgrounds and create distinctive menus paired with our beer, course by course.”

Below I share the announcement as it appeared on Instagram. Like I said, might be a good time to start following Fair Isle Brewing on social media.

Early on, we had planned to host talented guest chefs with a diverse range of culinary backgrounds and create distinctive menus paired with our beer, course by course. This idea of a modern day supper club, coupled with exclusive beer offerings from our cellar represents a pivotal experience we were aiming to share with guests in our space.

We are finally returning to this vision with Tessellate. We have four fantastic chefs from @musangseattle, @windward_adventures, @ursa_minor_lopez, and @kamonegiseattle who have developed special menus paired with a wide range of our saisons and oak-aged ales.

We are offering ticketing options by table size, both outdoors and in our taproom: singles at a communal table, 2-tops, 4-tops, and 6-top groups. Reservations are available for the first two dinners through our webstore (link in bio).

This is a wonderful opportunity to be a part of a one-of-a-kind dining experience alongside the chance to taste some unique, rare beers from our cellar.

Stay tuned in the following weeks for more details on the series. We can’t wait to host you!
