• Course 1: starter – honey walnut prawns, sorrel sauce.
• Course 2: soup – Theo’s dark chocolate broth, adam’s mushroom.
• Course 3: salad – roasted beets, shaved fennel, frisee, chevre, truffle vinaigrette.
