New Beer Releases

Dynamic Essence West Coast IPA is the third in a series of six collaboration beers from Von Ebert Brewing. For the collab series, the brewery is working with some notable West Coast breweries

On Saturday, May 31st, Lucky Envelope Brewing releases three beers at its brewery and taproom in Seattle’s Ballard neighborhood. As is typical for Lucky Envelope, the beers span styles and offer a little something for everyone.

Rauch beer, or rauchbier, is brewed using smoked malt to impart a smoky flavor. When done well, the smokiness is balanced and restrained, like in Chuckanut Rauch Helles.

Ghostfish Brewing collaborates with a gluten-free brewery in Australia to create a first-of-its-kind transpacific beer. Now available in Seattle and New York City. Wait… what?

Georgetown Brewing releases Bob’s Brown Ale at this time each year (roughly around Bob’s birthday) as the cornerstone of a long-running philanthropic endeavor. The beer raises funds for the Ronald McDonald House Charities of Washington and Alaska.

On May 23rd, breweries across Washington will release the 2025 Washington Brewers Guild annual collaboration beer. Over 50 member breweries recently assembled at seven locations to create their regional versions of a West Coast IPA: Westies With Our Besties IPA.

One of the most anticipated beer releases each year. Fort George Brewery releases this year’s version of 3-Way IPA this Saturday at an event in Astoria. Thereafter, look for it wherever you regularly find Fort George beers.

Otherlands Beer of Bellingham, Washington, teamed up with a group of local breweries to create a beer to benefit refugee resettlement organizations here in the Pacific Northwest. Release event on May 19th.

Bale Breaker Brewing is a big fan of our state parks. They’re releasing a beer designed to support the Washington State Parks Foundation.
