New Beer Releases

On May 15th, breweries across Washington will release the 2026 version of Westies With Our Besties. The seven versions of this West Coast IPA are identical yet unique. The collaborative brew days happened at seven different host breweries across the region, so each version of the beer takes on its own regional flair.

Today, Halycon Brewing in Seattle’s Greenwood neighborhood releases a new beer, a Dortmunder. This one was brewed in collaboration with Larry Rock, who currently works with White Bluffs Brewing but is a local beer biz legend for his many roles and decades of service.

With El Sueñito Brewing leading the way, 15 of Washington state’s breweries teamed up to create a collaboration beer to honor and celebrate our immigrant community: No Hate No Fear Immigrants Are Welcome Here IPA.
