Brouwer’s Cafe in Seattle celebrates its 11th Anniversary this Thursday, March 24th, starting at 3:00. The party will include a number of special beers on tap, including the official anniversary beer.
To commemorate the occasion, Brouwer’s hooked up with Steve Luke, the owner/brewer at Cloudburst Brewing, to concoct a special beer. He was also responsible for creating Brouwer’s 9th anniversary beer when he worked for Elysian Brewing. The 11th Anniversary beer is Hu11abalo DIPA. No doubt, it will be one hoppy ding-dong. “Steve is known for his love of the tropical patterns,” says Nat Pellman, the General Manager at Brouwer’s Cafe, explaining that there will be a Hawaiian theme to the event.
“We will have some special shirts here, and you should wear your best Hawaiian-patterned shirt. Look for there to be other beers from Cloudburst on draft as well.”
