Darach Brewing in Bellingham was a short-lived venture. It was open for less than 9 months. The brewery and taproom opened in December of 2022 and closed permanently in August of 2023. It was a beautiful, new, shiny, lovely little brewery. (5-bbl brewhouse, 10-bbl tanks.) The brewery is now up for auction.
The auction starts on Thursday, October 17th. There’s some cool stuff on the list, including a cool ship (Darach focused largely, but not entirely, on farmhouse-style ales and mixed-fermentation beers). Suffice it to say, it’s the complete brewery and taproom, from the grail mill and the brewhouse to the barstools and the sound system. And it is all in very new-ish condition.
