I want to go on record. Nobody is suggesting that you get all liquored-up on beer and tour Tacoma’s breweries by bicycle. We would not promote such dangerous and potentially illegal activity. Neither would the Red Hot in Tacoma. Safety first.
Tomorrow (Wednesday, May 28), the Red Hot celebrates the release of its Pint Pedaler, Vol. 2: Bicycle Map of Tacoma Craft Breweries. Printed on local Rite-In-The-Rain weatherproof paper, the Pint Pedlaler provides a map of Tacoma’s craft breweries that just so happens to show the best routes if you wanted to use a bicycle to get from one brewery to another.
To celebrate the release of the Pint Pedaler, Red Hot offers special pricing on beers. Washington-brewed beers pour at 50 cents off the regular price. After 5:00 p.m. all beers sell for 50 cents off the regular price if you wear your bike helmet. Like I said, safety first.
After 5:00, they’ll be giving out free maps along with spoke cards to make your bike sound cool.
It all happens on Wednesday, May 28.
