Now that Washington Winter Beerfest is in the rear view mirror, the Washington Beer Commission has released some information about the upcoming Belgianfest.
Last year the inaugural event was not without its problems, but overall Belgianfest was a huge success. Without question, the beer was awesome. If you haven’t noticed the increased popularity and availability of Belgian-style beers in recent years, you must be living under a rock. More and more of our local brewers are making great beers in this style. I have no doubt that we will all be amazed by the beers we drink at Belgianfest 2011.
