About Sam:
Sam Pecoraro is the Brewmaster at Von Ebert Brewing in Portland, Oregon. Before achieving that status, his brewery experience included time at Breakside Brewery, The Commons Brewery, and Burnside Brewing. Since 2018, Von Ebert has expanded to three breweries with four locations. The brewery won back-to-back GABF Medals in a hotly contested category: American IPA. Von Ebert Pils won a silver medal at GABF and a gold medal at the World Beer Cup. Sam sits on the Board of Directors for the Oregon Brewers Guild and the Hop Quality Group.
The event will start at 6:30 PM and include:
– Interactive presentation and discussion about Von Ebert Brewing and all things lager and Pilsner brewing.
– Q & A session w/ Sam.
– Four tasters of Von Ebert Lagers/Pilsners.
– Four small plate food pairings plus dessert.
