Back in March, we shared the news of Aslan Brewing’s plan to open a new taproom and eatery in Seattle. This marks the Bellingham-based brewery’s second foray into Seattle; it already operates a taproom in Fremont. Today we learned that Aslan Tangletown is now open for business. The Tangletown neighborhood is located north of Wallingford and southeast of Green Lake.
“We’re thrilled to announce that our newest location in Tangletown is officially open!” said the email announcement. “Just steps from Green Lake, this all-ages taproom is pouring organic beer, natural wine, and serving up a tasty food menu featuring a seafood-focused menu, with kid-friendly options. Whether you’re popping in for a pint or settling in for a snack, we’ve got you covered.”
Aslan Tangletown is an all-ages taproom that offers a diverse selection of draft beers, natural wines, local cider, hard kombucha, and craft cocktails. Along with that, a seafood-centric menu featuring things like oysters on the half shell, steamed clams, fish and chips, and more, including some kid-focused items. The food program was designed with help from local chef and restauranteur Ethan Stowell.
With this opening, Aslan Brewing now operates four locations. The flagship location is the Aslan Brewpub in Bellingham. Aslan Depot is a 21+ establishment one block away from the brewpub. In 2019, Aslan opened Aslan Seattle, a 21+ taproom in Seattle’s Fremont neighborhood.
