Vice Beer is now open, celebration is this weekend in Vancouver

Today was the ribbon-cutting day at Vice Beer in Vancouver. As they called it, “The mother of all publicity stunts.” Today they “fake-cut that fake ribbon with fake scissors.” The actual grand opening celebration is this weekend.

Vice Beer is located at 705 SE Park Crest Vancouver, WA 98683. They launched very softly over the summer. I actually drank some of Vice’s beer at the Washington Brewers Festival back in June. Now, they are open for real. As the brewery’s logo might suggest, there is a throwback vibe at Vice Beer. Plenty of references to 80s and 90s pop culture, but rest assured that the beers are completely modern.

Here’s the announcement about this weekend’s celebration.

“It’s time to party! We’ve filled out the taplist, we’ve got the El Viejon Taco Truck fully operational, we’ve touched up the decor. Now we party for real with a Grand Opening Celebration all Halloween Weekend!”
