BINARYBREWING.CO DROPS 2 NEW CANS: BÜRGERTIME SMASH ALE & LEFT ON READ RED
PORTLAND, Oregon – Just in time for the budding spring BinaryBrewing.co releases two new springtime beers: Left on Read Red Ale and BürgerTime Smash Ale. Getting in the groove of monthly can releases these 2 new beers round an available six pack through Uptown Beer Co.’s online store www.uptownbeer.co and Running Man Distributors.
BürgerTime Smash Ale is a celebration of Rough Draft Burger Shop which is a now famous food cart located at BinaryBrewing.co’s brewery and Uptown Beer Co. Rough Draft celebrates the cheeseburger by stripping away the frills and perfecting the core: crispy grilled meat and melty cheese. We both agree it’s the simple things that matter in this often too complicated world. To join in on the celebration of simplicity, BürgerTime perfected the core of El Dorado hops and Two Row malt, to create a crisp single malt and single hop ale with a touch of bitterness. Notes of stonefruit and pine pair perfectly with 100% smashed beef. Grab a bag of burgers and a 4 pack togo or enjoy Uptown Beer Co’s covered heated patio with a pint and a handful of cheeseburger because it’s BürgerTime somewhere!
We’ve all been there, on the wrong side of a one sided conversation. This classic Dry Irish Red Ale will be there for you even when no one else will. Deep copper in color with heavy notes of caramel on the noise, this surprisingly dry and balanced red gives you the malty notes you are looking for without being too heavy. With heavy amounts of Irish Pale Malt and Golding Hops this classic somehow tastes new and fresh. Get over that bae that is ignoring you and give them a “Red” receipt of your own.
BinaryBrewing.co is the brainchild of a team led by Roger Wood and Joshua Johnson. Wood, a retired Product Management Executive and Johnson, managing partner of Uptown Beer Co. melded together their love of technology and craft beer to create a brewery focused on simple classic beer styles. Brewing, like software coding, is a language. Binary creates digital universes from 1s and 0s. BinaryBrewing.co’s brews aim to create deep flavor from nigh-infinite spectrum of hop and malt combinations.
