Lucky Envelope Brewing in Seattle invites you to enjoy its latest releases this Saturday, March 29th. They’re calling the event March Radness. It involves three beer releases: a Japanese Lager, a West Coast IPA, and a fruited sour. If you’re interested in learning what makes a lager a Japanese lager, see the story I wrote about the topic. In addition to the beers, Birria Kings food truck will be there from 4:00 until 7:00.

Beer Releases:

Karakuchi Japanese Lager (5.0% ABV)A refreshing Japanese Lager brewed with rice and corn to mirror beloved crisp “super dry” lagers common in Japan. The term Karakuchi is Japanese for “dry” and is commonly used to describe beers with this flavor profile. Available on draft and in cans.

Zumo West Coast IPA (6.7% ABV)—Our latest West Coast IPA is brewed with Zumo hops, a hop variety developed through open pollination at Segal Ranches in Yakima, WA. This unique hop delivers bursts of lime zest and citrus, bringing crisp, refreshing flavors to every sip. It is available on draft and in cans.

Dragon Fruit Mango Sour Ale (5.6% ABV)Our house sour ale boasts a vibrant fusion of dragon fruit and mango. The resulting reddish-pink hued beer is refreshingly juicy and tart. Available on draft and in cans.
