This Wednesday, August 24th, Obec Brewing kicks off its 5th anniversary celebration. Here’s what they’ve got planned for the three-day party (Wed, Thurs, Sat). Lots of music and lots of beer.

It’s our 5 Year Beeriversary at Obec Brewing and we are celebrating in some of our favorite ways — with super fun live music, the long-awaited 2022 version of our Anniversary Imperial Pils, and tasty food! The Imperial Pils will be released on Thursday 8/25, Vinyl Night! Check out the lineup below for other fun features of this 5th Beeriversary Week!

We love our Wednesday ramen nights at the taproom, but this week we take it up a notch with live music! Join us for a fun night out with entertaining tunes starting at 7pm. Midnite Ramen is offering a special treat for the evening — birria nachos! — courtesy of Elmer and Izumi. A nice warm summer night at its best!

Every Thursday is Vinyl Night, but this week our friends from Sonic Boom Records will come out to help curate the evening’s playlist and spin some tunes. We’re releasing the Imperial Pils, and as a bonus, the Racer Shogun Double IPA is back this week, too! Bella ‘MBriana Italian Food Truck for eats.
Three Live Bands Sat 8/27
It’s Saturday night and we’ve got a whole evening of live music planned. We’ll get the party started with The Misbehavers at 5pm, and Goodbye Viking at 6:30pm. Then, at 8pm, headliners The Dusty 45s bring their fiery awesomeness to our little corner of the ‘hood to help us get our Beeriversary groove on! Great beer, awesome music, friends, high fives, and fun. ‘Wich Wagon for eats! We hope to see you!

To say that it’s hard to believe that our 5 Year Beeriversary is upon us is a profound understatement. We want to say a massive and very heartfelt THANK YOU to everyone who has supported this craft brewing dream we’ve been after — with special thanks for the extra support that came our way during the latest, weirdest part of these past 5 years. We are ever grateful for the dedicated team that keeps the taproom humming and the sales moving every single day, for the brewers who keep the beer flowing, for the supportive community that has rallied around us (and craft beer in general) in so many different ways — We are grateful for YOU!
