Stone Brewing and Firestone Walker Brewing have penned a deal that will see the latter take over the former. Financial details were not released, but Firestone Walker is taking over the Stone Brewing brand and some of its taproom locations.

This should mark the final, final word in a case that’s more than six years old. Stone Brewing defeats Molson Coors in a matter involving the use of the “stone.”
