Huskies Watch Party slated for New Year’s Day at Redhook Brewlab in Seattle
Join your fellow UW Huskies fans at Redhook Brewlab for an official Sugar Bowl Watch Party. The party kicks off at noon and the game kicks off at 5:45. Along with lots of tasty beer and other fun stuff, this ticketed event features a buffet from Kobo Pizza, which is operated by celebrity chef Shota Nakajima at Redhook Brewlab — Detroit-inspired pizza with a Japanese Twist. You do know that Redhook is no longer owned by Anheuser-Busch, right? Redhook is once again a craft brewery (by definition), no longer owned by you-know-who! I recently visited Redhook Brewlab and the beers are excellent: modern, creative, and interesting. This is not your grandpa’s Redhook! Also, Chef Shota’s pizza is nothing short of inspired. It’s fusion food in the best sense of the term.
