Cool As Rice IPA (6.3% ABV): This iteration of our lager-fermented Cold IPA is heavily whirlpool and dry-hopped with concentrated Idaho 7 Lupomax , Centennial, and Haas’ advanced Spectrum Citra. Pilsner malt and flaked rice keep this tasting crisp and Cool as Ice— the universally-panned, non-cult-classic 1991 movie loved by Barry and the namesake of this beer.
(This is an updated recipe compared to prior releases of this beer. Can Label has also been updated.)
Strata Haze IPA (6.1% ABV): Our latest Hazy IPA features late-hop combinations of Strata, concentrated Citra Lupomax, and Hallertau Blanc throughout the whirlpool and dry hop. Expect notes of ripe tropical fruit, apricot, grapefruit peel, and dank pine needles.
Schwarzbier Black Pilsner (5.0% ABV): Gold Medal Winner at the 2022 North American Beer Awards! Lucky Envelope’s Schwarzbier is delightfully simple yet complex, drinking like a crisp clean pilsner with notes of smooth dark chocolate and balanced with a floral noble hop bitterness.
These will all be available on draft and in 4-packs
Sour Beer Day: March 25, 2023 – All Day (12-10)
Food Truck On-Site 3-8PM: Po’Boy & Tings

Boysenberry Rhubarb Sour (5.5% ABV): We were craving long days of summer so much that we decided to brew up a new sour inspired by one of our favorite fruit combos. Jammy boysenberry and sharp rhubarb purees are brewed into our house kettle sour giving us a beer to remind us that warm weather will be here before we know it! Available on Draft and in 4-Packs
TropiCoolship Sour (6.0% ABV): We pushed our favorite blend of 18-36 month old blonde coolship barrels into our blending tank with key lime, mango, and peach purees to age an additional 12 months. The resulting beer is bright and tart with notes of key lime pie, luscious stone fruit and a hint of coconut. Available on Draft Only
We will also have a couple of one-time releases available on this day
