Thursday, May 7th at 5PM- tapping of Silver City Sieben Brau- the official beer of Seattle Beer Week.
Sieben Braü (7th Brew) by Silver City Brewing is a merger of traditional German ingredients & brew process with NW hopping. Sieben Braü is a crisp & bright lager with just a touch of sweetness that combines the bready lager character with the spice of the noble variety hops. This makes for a beer that’s sure to make the celebration of Seattle Beer Week #7 a festive one! Hops: Hersbrucker & Mt. Hood Malts: German Pilsner & Vienna ABV: 4.8% IBU’s: 20
Thursday, May 7th; 5-8PM – pFriem Bottle Release Party and Tasting Night
pFriem bottles are finally here! Meet Matt Kotwasinski from Hood River’s pFriem Family Brewers. We’ll have 8 different bottles from them available to take home. In addition, we’re doing a tasting event of 5 of their beers for just $4 from 5-8PM!

Wednesday, May 13th; 4:30-5:45PM – Sierra Nevada – meet Brewmaster Steve Dressler
Steve Dressler has been a major part of Sierra Nevada since he started there over 30 years ago in 1983! He’ll be bringing a special case of bottles for us to sell (we don’t even know what it is yet!) and be here to sign bottles and answer any questions you have about Sierra Nevada or brewing.

Thursday, May 14th; 5-8PM – Telegraph Tasting Night
Meet Trevor Scoggins from Telegraph Brewing from Santa Barbara, CA and try five of their beers for just $5 from 5-8PM! Since opening in 2004, Telegraph has won an impressive 6 medals at the Great American Beer Festival.
