Located in Seattle’s Roosevelt neighborhood, at the intersection of NE 80th Street and Lake City Way, Project 9 Brewing is beloved by the locals who flock to the family-friendly tasting room to enjoy the beer, the beer garden, and the food. This weekend, February 28th-March 1st, the brewery celebrates its second year and also introduces a new food truck partner.

“It’s amazing how quickly time flies as we’re already approaching our 2nd anniversary,” said the announcement from Seattle’s Project 9 Brewing in Seattle. “We had such a blast last year, we decided to go even bigger this year. Starting out, this Friday, February 28th, we will be releasing FIVE anniversary beers. We’ve got two favorites coming back and THREE amazing collaborations with Uprise Beer, Icicle Brewing, and Formula Brewing.” Stay tuned to social media for details about the beers.

But that is not the only news coming out of Project 9 Brewing. It also introduced a new food truck partner. Replacing the somewhat irreplaceable Sammich, Project 9 welcomes Mexican Seoul. “We suddenly found ourselves food truckless. Distressed, daunted and with tears in our beers, we searched high and low for a new truck. Replacing Sammich wasn’t going to be easy.”
