Pre-Order Fresh Hop Beers Now From Single Hill Brewing

Brewers at Single Hill Brewing, working on a fresh hop beer.

It’s August, and we all know what that means. Over in the Yakima Valley, where farmers grow 75% of the nation’s annual hop crop, the vines have climbed to the top of the trellises. The cone-shaped flowers are thick and almost ready. The harvest is nearly upon us, and with it comes fresh hop beer season. Few breweries dive as deep into the season as Single Hill Brewing. The brewers at Single Hill have mastered the art. Pictured at top: Representatives from Single Hill Brewing, Hetty Alice Beers, Grand Fir Brewing, and Living Haus Beer on Fresh Hop Rodeo brew day.

Order Now, Enjoy Later

As we all know, fresh hop beers are a fleeting thing. Here today and gone tomorrow. This year, the Yakima-based brewery is introducing a cool program to ensure you get access to some of its fresh hop beers. Pre-order a mixed case of fresh hop beers and pick it up in early October at one of Single Hill Brewing’s taprooms (Yakima and Seattle).

Order before August 28th, when the pre-order window closes. I’d get on it now. Things might go bonkers, and the orders could exceed Single Hill’s expectations. The price after tax is about $165. Your pre-order case includes six different four-packs of Single Hill’s fresh hop beers. Each four-pack is one of the brewery’s first fresh hop beers of the year. You’ll also get a limited-run fresh hop poster, two enamel pins featuring iconography from the brewery’s 2025 series of fresh hop beers, and maybe some other goodies.

You can pick up the package from October 2nd through 5th at the Single Hill taproom in Yakima or the Single Hill Commons in Ballard. Specify your pickup location at checkout. Place Your Order Here
