Events are planned all around Vancouver from November 7th through November 25th
Northbank Beer Week is a celebration of the breweries and beers of Southwest Washington. It shines a light on the great beers and breweries with a series of events at breweries and bars along the northern bank of the Columbia River, from Vancouver north to Centralia, from the Pacific Coast east to the Columbia River Gorge. Also, wherever you are in Washington and Oregon, keep an eye out for the official Northbank Beer, brewed by Fortside Brewing.
“It’s the 10th year of Northbank Beer Week and we’ve got 10 days packed full of events on the North Bank of the Columbia River,” says the website. “We’ll kick it all off with a HUGE Kickoff Party at The Brickhouse on November 7, then look forward to dozens of great events like the ever-competitive Beer Can Derby Races at an all-new taproom – The Sipp, the Paper Airplane Races at Victor-23, The Clone Wars pro-am battle at Vice Beer and we’ll cap off the week with The Northbank Awards Showcase at Final Draft!”

Look out for low-flying aircraft – the great Paper Airplane Races are BACK to celebrate Northbank Beer Week! Join us at the Hangar on Tuesday, Nov. 11th from 5-8PM to get in on the action! To enter, arrive by at least 6PM to sign up for the race and make your plane. We will have templates on hand, but you can design your own if you want! (Just don’t forget to securely fasten any door plugs.)
Races will be from 7-8 PM, head-to-head, single elimination. Prizes will be awarded for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place!
