“Feral – 2015 Vintage”

The Feral’s origin is as an experimental beer brewed to see what happens when you brew a beer with native WA wine yeast. Each vintage is a bit different than the previous.
This beer starts out as a tradition four grain saison in the brewhouse. The wort is then racked into stainless and pitched with yeast procured from Efeste Winery in Woodinville. Primary fermentation is completed in a few weeks and the beer continues to age with the addition of toasted acacia chips.
