Lucky Envelope Brewing Anniversary Beer Releases:

9th Anniversary West Coast IPA
(6.5% ABV) – We’re celebrating our 9th birthday with this hop-filled West Coast IPA! We started with a blend of Pilsner and 2-row malts, a Citra-Strata cool pool and loaded up with four pounds per barrel of dry-hopped Citra, Strata, Mosaic, and Chinook. The combination spins notes of sweet mangosteen, pineapple, cara cara orange peel, and sweet pine needles. Available on draft and in cans.

Lychee Lemonade Sour Ale
(5.7% ABV)– We paired the sweet rose flavor of juicy lychee fruits with lemon puree and brewed it into our base blonde kettle sour. The subtle floral notes of lychee complement the refreshing taste of lemonade making this sour ale the perfect choice for watching springtime flowers bloom. Available on draft and in cans.

Frost Rice Lager
(4.5% ABV) – Frost Rice Lager is brewed with pilsner malt and flaked rice to bring you all of the crisp, refreshing tastes you’d expect from our fresh take on the world’s best-selling beer. Expect an elegant and clean lager with a light floral aroma from the rice and a hint of noble hops. Available on draft and in cans.

Gochujang Chocolate Cream Stout
(6.0% ABV) – Brewed in collaboration with our friend Kat Lieu, the best-selling cookbook author and founder of IG’s @subtleasian.baking. Our cream stout is inspired by Kat’s Gochujang Chocolate Mochi Cake recipe found in her newly-released book, Modern Asian Kitchen. Brewed with Korean Gochujang paste, cacao nibs, and mochi flour, this cream stout promises a journey of flavors sure to ignite your culinary imagination. Prepare for a delicious combination of savory spiciness, semi-sweet chocolate, and smooth mochi. Available on draft and in cans.
