Grapple Belgian Tripel  ~ A modern twist on a classic beer style, this tripel experiments with the subtle use of equinox and saphir hops. The nose is fruity with Belgian yeast aroma. On the palate are flavors of ripe cantaloupe and blood orange. Golden hued with brilliant clarity, mild malt character and low hop bitterness this sweet nectar conceals its 9.0% alc./vol.  IBU 19.

Timber Beast Triple IPA ~ A beast of an Imperial IPA with lingering bitterness and abundant hop aroma that takes your palate over the edge of hop sensibility, yet throws you a lifeline and brings you back for a much desired next sip.  Featuring Equinox Hops. Over 90 IBU’s and 10.6% alc./ vol. Releases on draft 2/5.  Bottles on 2/29
