The Skagit Skies Airshow & Community Aviation Festival at Skagit Regional Airport takes place on Saturday, June 28, 2025 (10 a.m. to 4 p.m.). The event features performances, demonstrations, static displays, youth activities, food trucks, and more. Enjoy performances by the US Army Golden Knights Parachute Team, Undaunted Formation Aerobatics, Aerobatic Pilot Melissa Burns, US Navy Legacy Flight and Growler Demo, Heritage Flight Museum, and more.
Chuckanut Brewery, located at the Port of Skagit, across the street from the airfield, invites you to enjoy the show from its expanded beer garden, the High Flying Beer Garden. Entry to the beer garden is free. Chuckanut Brewery is extending its hours from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m.
“The expanded Beer Garden at Chuckanut Brewery will include Food Outfitters Wood-Fire Pizza, an Alfa Romeo Classic Car Show, and busking performances,” said an email from Chuckanut Brewery. “The High Flying Beer Garden invites all ages to enjoy beers, sodas, food, entertainment, and the activities taking place overhead. Enjoy Chuckanut’s world-class beers in the beer garden as the Skagit Skies Airshow unfolds.”
“If you want to start early, on Friday, June 27th the Children’s Museum will host a Pre Flight Bite Fundraiser on the airport tarmac. Money raised during this special event 5-7pm will help fund the new aviation exhibit at the Skagit Children’s Museum. At the Pre-Flight Bite you can enjoy beer from the Port breweries and distillery (Chuckanut Brewery, Garden Path, Cardinal Craft Brewing, Westland Distillery) as well as snacks and a chance to meet the airshow performers.
