Dru Bru and Aslan Brewing showcase the bounty of Washington state

Dru Bru and Aslan Brewing recently collaborated on a beer that showcases the two breweries’ mutual love of beer in our home state of Washington: Petrichor Cascadian Dark Ale. It is now available at both Dru Bru locations and all three Aslan locations.

The release notes say that Petrichor Cascadian Dar Ale was made in the waning days of summer, with winter looming on the horizon to showcase native Washington ingredients, including; 2-Row, Munich, and Molasses Malt from Skagit Valley Malting Company; tropical forward hops from the Yakima valley (Sabro, Azacca, El Dorado and Cashmere); and crisp mountain water from Cle Elum.

 “Aslan came down to Dru Bru’s new brewing space in Cle Elum, WA; the first collaboration for Dru Bru since before the pandemic,” said Dru Ernst the founder/president of Dru Bru.
