It’s a cider festival and more

Cider Summit Seattle returns to its original home this year, the site where it all began: the South Lake Union Discovery Center Lawn at the corner of Westlake and Denny in downtown Seattle. This year, Seattle’s largest cider-focused festival will see 40 producers serving approximately 150 ciders, meads, fruit spirits, and cocktails.

Here are some other highlights. On Saturday, Cider Summit will offer a hosted, pre-opening, Cider-Cheese-Charcuterie tasting (this is an add-on to your VIP or GA ticket). This year’s event also features an expanded mead selection, the Heritage Cider Pavilion, a cocktail and spirits lounge, craft vendors, and an assortment of food and small bites available for sampling and purchase. Also, several brands will participate in the Oregon Fruit Products Fruit Cider Challenge, with QR code voting to determine the champion. Learn more and get all the details at the Cider Summit website.
