Cider Summit and Cider Con pivot again, new tasting kits and event for the new year

Cider lovers, rejoice! The folks who bring you the Cider Summit events are bravely pushing their way forward despite the current circumstances. For you, that means they’ve assembled some tasting kits and arranged a virtual tasting event. No matter where you live –Washington, Oregon, and beyond — they’ve got you covered with pickup and delivery options.

“Since 2013, Cider Summit has been the unofficial culmination of the annual cider industry gathering – CiderCon,” says the Cider Summit website. “Both events have had to pivot this year but we’re still working together to celebrate our amazing cider community. We’ve created two festival to-go tasting kits, featuring many of our closest cider friends from around the country.”

Along with the tasting kits, which we describe below, you’ll get access to a virtual event on Saturday, February 6th. Several cidermakers will be on hand to are tasting notes about the ciders you’re drinking. The event will also include entertainment. Even if you miss the event, it’ll be available following the event on YouTube.

About the Tasting Kits

Pickup and delivery are available in Washington and Oregon, BUT even if you live outside those states they’ve arranged a way for you to get the cider kits. Visit the event site for more details.
